When a relationship ends, it's always a difficult thing. But according to Match.com, this is the time most relationships end. The other day, on the morning show, we discussed that 4% of people say the hardest thing about breaking up is getting your stuff back. Match.com also found that the majority (38%) of relationships that do end happen during the dreary months of winter. So, does weather have an effect on peoples relationships? Fifteen percent of relationships that end, do so in the spring, while 23% do so in the fall.

Some other interesting things that popped up from the survey, is that 63% of break-ups are initiated by women. Also, that with the rise in digital communication, 37% of Americans now think that breaking up by email is now acceptable, and that 9% have already ended a relationship that way.
