Boys Like Girls Joining All-American Rejects on Co-Headlining Tour

Purveyors of catchy rock music Boys Like Girls and All-American Rejects are joining forces for a co-headlining tour this fall. The trek kicks off Sept. 13 in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire, and continues in two legs before wrapping up on Halloween night in San Francisco, with The Ready Set and Parachute providing support.

Boys Like Girls’ frontman, Martin Johnson, expressed his excitement about touring with the Rejects in a press release. “I’ve always been a big fan of The All-American Rejects and couldn’t be more delighted to be sharing the stage with them this fall,” he said. “I think it’s going be a great time for both the fans and bands alike. Looking forward to a really great couple of months.”

Boys Like Girls, known for tracks like ‘Love Drunk,’ ‘The Great Escape’ and ‘Two Is Better Than One’ with Taylor Swift, have a new album coming out this fall called ‘Crazy World.’ The group has made three tracks from the album available now on iTunes as the ‘Crazy World’ EP. Johnson said, “‘Crazy World’ takes you to a different place. That was the point. Everything is so hyperactive and the digital distractions can be overwhelming. Step aside in this ‘Crazy World’ and experience the things that truly matter.”

All-American Rejects are supporting their new release, ‘Kids in the Street,’ which reached No. 18 and produced the hit ‘Beekeeper’s Daughter.’ The Oklahoma-based band emerged in the mid ’00s with hits like ‘Move Along’ and ‘Dirty Little Secret.’
