We could probably cool it with all the 'people need to stop moving here' comments, but it's just what we do. 

However, when it comes to migration patterns, Colorado is pretty balanced. Sure, there are slightly more people still coming in than there are going out, according to a study done by Atlas Van Lines, but not by much.

Migration patterns indicate much more population growth in Idaho, Oregon, Florida and even... Alaska? Yep, Alaska. So things could be worse. Check it out:
