Adele & Darius Rucker Covering Lady Antebellum [VIDEO]

I don't have my TV set on CMT very often, so thankfully we have the Internet to bring us clips like this.  Adele and Darius Rucker performing their version of "Need You Now" by Lady Antebellum.It seems like a strange collaboration; Adele is a British songbird who has a new album called 21 due out next Tuesday, (Her song "Rolling In The Deep" makes frequent appearances on the Point) and Darius Rucker, the former front man of Hootie & The Blowfish.  He went solo with an R&B album that flopped, and then crossed over to country where he has had four #1 hits.

The duo performed the song on CMT's artist of the year as a tribute to Lady A.  Pretty amazing stuff. I especially loved seeing the band members of Lady Antebellum reactions to the song while it was being performed.

That Adele has a golden voice doesn't she?
