I don't like mashed sweet potatoes!  I know, curse my name...  I just don't like the consistency or how sweet they can get.  So I was thinking when the day comes that I get to host Thanksgiving Day the way I want to, I will serve sweet potato fries sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.  That is a sweet potato I will love.  I was reading an article on Jacksoville.com  about chefs who made Thanksgiving Day meals with a twist and I loved their ideas for several different classic dishes, you can read the article here.
