The area has already seen a high amount of rain and now a Flash-Flood Watch has been issued for Larimer County from 12noon to this evening.  A winter storm warning will be in effect from 6 p.m. today to 6 p.m. Thursday in Larimer County above 9,000 feet, including Cameron Pass and Rocky Mountain National Park.
