A new study which surveyed 1000 mothers found the average mother faces 12.5 hours a day of questioning which equals out to one question every two minutes 36 seconds or 288 questions per day. Oy! No wonder I'm tired. The four-year-old girl is the worst offender and I've got one those in my house.

 

 

 

According to MailOnline:

The research found the number of questions asked by children differs with age and gender, with four-year-old girls being the most inquisitive. At the other end of the spectrum, nine-year-old boys are more content with their knowledge, asking a mere 144 questions per day.
