Some dentists in Northern Colorado are, once again, offering to "buy back" Halloween candy from trick-or-treaters and send that candy to U.S. troops serving overseas. It's a nice way to keep your kids candy-load in-check and do something good for those serving our country.

Read on to find out who is participating in HalloweenCandyBuyBack and how to help with Operation Gratitude.

Here's how it works, according to HalloweenCandyBuyBack. Participating dentists "buy" back kids' Halloween candy at scheduled events. The kids bring in their trick-or-treating loot and give it to the dentists in exchange for cash, toothbrushes, coupons or anything along those lines. Then the dentists send the candy to Operation Gratitude or another Military support group.

Here are the participating locations in Northern Colorado from (As of October 23rd, there are only four participating locations in Northern Colorado, but I'd bet a few more will be added as Halloween approaches, there were over 10 last year.) You can search for updated participating locations in/near any zip code here.
