14-Year-Old Buys House- Say “What!?”

No joke. A 14-year- old Florida girl purchased her very first home and she is considering a second. It all started when her mom would help investors purchased foreclosed homes while she was in charge of selling the left over furniture and appliances on Craigslist. Apparently that adds up to a good chunk of change. A home went to auction for $12,000 and she split the difference with her mom and purchased the home. She plans on moving into it when she turns 18, but until then she is renting it out for $700 a month.
