13 TBT Photos Back When I Lived in Florida: Animal Edition
I have lived coast to coast. Oregon, Florida and a few places in between. I was going through my Instagram account today to see some of the old photos and maybe post a couple for #TBT. I came across some interesting bug and animal pics I took from when I lived in Florida for almost 7 years.
Lovebugs... Lovebugs everywhere in the spring and fall.
Tree frogs all over everything at night was a normal thing.
So were banana spiders.
And weird looking beetles.
This little fella might look all cute and fuzzy, but don't be fooled! They sting... Ask me how I know.
Lizards... Lizards EVERYWHERE!
And weird looking bugs like this.
Probably one of my favorite bugs ever!
And snails going at a pace of the oldest Florida drivers.
Yet another creepy looking beetle.
Geckos creeping for food on tires.
Luna moths are really cool. At night in a bit of light, they appear to glow!
Huge toads are always lurking after the sun goes down.
Looking at these makes me thankful I live in Colorado. The mosquitoes here don't like me nearly as much as they did in the south! Oh yeah, and there are ZERO No-see-ums here!
